Wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews - I also got similar service to others previously mentioned - none! I appreciate a company willing to chat to customers after their order, but I was in the shop for about 20 minutes while staff chatted about their childhood budgies or asked if they could help other (older) customers who had entered after I had. I had clearly been written off as a time waster, despite wanting to order a whole house worth of flooring.
