    It’s fine and very expensive. However, after entering today to speak about a really insignificant problem, the dude that spoke to me (I think he’s the manager) just wanted to get rid of me. Very transactional conversation that came across as very cold. My personal preference is a good personal connection with a service provider, so it might suit some people, just not me. Their repair service is fine but the cost was significantly more than anticipated. I’m just going to use another Aberdeen bike shop in the future.

    I came into the shop asking for a quick gear tune up. The customer assistant at the front desk had a condescending demeanor and looked annoyed that I was taking up his time. He quoted me £25 for a 5 minute tune up job where you can often get it for free elsewhere. Not the first time I had a bad encounter with him but it will definitely be the last
