Had screen replaced on my fully working phone due to a crack but it was returned with faults so bad it became unusable. Edge stated as it had a “micro scratch caused by me” they would not replace it under warranty and refused to investigate the issue, they even implied the fault was there prior to the screen replacement. They suggested I pay for another new screen at cost. After discussions with the owner getting nowhere, I decided to pay for repairs via my insurers who's independent engineer confirmed the screen edge fitted was faulty also finding several other issues caused by their ‘repair’. They confirmed it should have been replaced under warranty irrespective of any irrelevant micro scratches. I have since emailed edge with these comments and a copy of the independent report to which I have received no reply Avoid Edge and don’t believe the warranty they advise you about!
