I arrived at my appointment with Sam to a friendly yoga teacher who showed me where Sam’s room was. As not to disturb any session taking place I started to text. As I did so a text from Sam was already there to say the building I was stood in had been broken into and needed to be secured. Well her door, the yoga teachers room which was next to Sam’s was filling up with clients. There was absolutely no sign of a break in. I’m wondering how many times this excuse has been used. It cost £24 in taxi fees and I’m a vulnerable person needing help, this is why I thought I would get a decent service from Sam. I’d say to sam to be truthful and don’t waste people’s precious time and money I won’t be rescheduling.this was my first appointment, not a good first impression really.
