The staff is very rude and unhelpful. There was a guy trying to send some boxes but the lady who work there was very rude to him and rising her voice on him and i was trying to send some files and stuff, she was laughing at me saying oh why u didn’t wrote the address at home why u doing here and she was very rude didn’t even answer me when i was asking her questions. Very very rude id avoid going there again

Very poor service. They have no idea about customer service. Rude behaviour. They try to confuse you because of your lack of knowledge. Not helpful at all. May be all the staffs are not the same but this lady whom I met was a total disgrace.

I need to collect my BRP from this post office becasue it was one of the close choice I can make when I applied the visa online. No email ever mentioined that I should printed out the file for collecting my BRP. Then the worker asked me to print since they do not accept the file from the phone. I thought they needed the files for archive. It took me 20-30 mins to conncet with their printer and costed me 1 pound to get the two pages. Then the worker just used the two pages for 10 seconds and sent them back to me. It is such an unnecessary waste of time and money. It is really awful experience. If I can give 0 star, I will definitely do it.

Royal Mail must stop its service from this place. They are so rude and impolite. They investigate your parcel items as a detective and make fun of that and comment on the price! Then they comment on your face, eyebrow shape, hair colour, etc. Also, They open too late! They should open at 8 am, not 9 am. This is Birmingham, you can not expect more!
