Edens are new to us but we have shared ideas and the 2 gardeners that come to us are hardworking, and really wanted to do a great job. Absolutely awful and very rude company , been using Eden’s for many years and have nothing but trouble from the start, today 3rd of September they was supposed to carry out work on my garden and I received a call 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive saying they have to cancel and could not book me in for another 6 weeks , when I asked why the very rude guy on the phone replied “ we have better customers that use us more then you so we have decided to prolong the work” . The last time I asked for a quote to cut the lawn and trim 4 hedges they quoted me 10 hours work for the crazy sum of £851 , after I questioned this with the owner his reply was “ just book how many hours you want then “ , I booked 2 hours and low and behold everything was completed in time , the gardeners even knocked on my door and told me they’ve even done some weeding as 2 hours was way to much . PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , OVER PRICED AND EXTREMELY RUDE .
