Very poor customer service, never been before so didn’t know how it works, got to our table and waited 20 minutes for no one to say anything, realised that people were queuing at the bar to get drinks and still no food, ended up walking out! Not coming back

Was unable to leave a zero rating so had to be a 1 star review From arriving and seeing the duty manager wearing casual clothes i knew in my heart of hearts would be a bad experience. Told to take a seat and we'd "pop over" 30 mins late I have to go to the bar. Ordered food and specifically asked for a gap between starters and main. Starters come incomplete "we've run our of that soz" and partners mains come out. My main will be 10mins. Well shock horror my partner doesn't want to eat alone. Told sorry we don't have that it's been a busy weekend. No way! in May when sun is shinning you've been busy what a shock! Shocking service and complete lack of emapthy. Avoid at all costs Portsmouth as big business that doesn't care about service as lives for Friday and Saturday night. Possibly the worst place in Gunwharf

Am still here.. hour into my brunch, sat on the toilet which is absolutely disgusting, we arrive to a bottle of fizz, and 1 cocktail order taken, also a pizza order.. but nothing has arrived, so basically paid for a bottle of £2.99 fizz and some music. Yes I have asked if we could have a drink and if our pizza is on way, got a jug of water and no pizza 😂😂😂😂 we have 15 minutes till the brunch ends, still no food and only a jug of water

What happened to this place? Awful experience, half the place is closed off, drinks massively over priced and asked to leave at 12 for being told we had too much to drink although we didn't really drink anything due to the pricing. Such a shame 😞

Visited for the bougee bottomless brunch group of 16 of us, service was very slow the pizzas came in 2 halves it was pretty busy and only had 2 people doing there best to cater for everyone, can honestly say it is one of the worst ones iv been to, customer service was poor ( because they were trying to keep everyone topped up and a drink in hand) such ashame as the place is fo e out beautiful and could offer more!

Went here for a 'Delight' event. Had to queue for a while, which seemed strange considering the tickets were pre-booked. Once we got in, it was a free-for-all. There were two venues open, but one was the actual Delight (emo/rock) venue which me and my wife were interested in. The smallest of the venues was the one jam packed with the people interested in this type of music, whilst the generic Eden music was being played in the larger venue, with a third of the club's population occupying it!? Bar staff in both venues did not know who were next in line for serving, making it very irritating for customers. Safe to say, this place needs a lot of work from a management level. Very Very poorly run, and expensive.
