  Avoid Eden verandas at all costs. Almost 1 year of waiting time for installation, left a hole in side of glass room thrown together with two upvc pieces screwed through my gutter and stuck together for water to flow through, doors fell off after 6 weeks, light bar doesn’t work or sun just flickers, very poor finish, and abysmal customer service. Slated their competitors and offer zero aftercare. Gutted at how much we spent on this half a job.

  Ordered in April, put up in December, parts missing, cannot use it, paid a lot of money, customer services are a joke never come back to you, install manager is also the complaints manager which must tell you something! I would not recommend.

  Over priced and Absolutely shocking customer service. We have recently had a canopy installed, but service was terrible. Sales rep massively over promised, surveyors was only there 20 mins instead of the agreed 3 hours and produced terrible drawing. Customer service department never answer calls or emails and gave wrong info all the time. Finally got to speak to a director who paid lip service at best to me. Sub contracted the fitting out to two guys who while nice, didn’t have half the info and equipment needed. My advice is avoid this company at all costs!!!

  Great product; have used it in the winter and now going into the Spring. The colour casts a warm glow in the lounge which is an added bonus in the winter. Waited several months for the installation (which had been explained at the time of purchase). Would have appreciated a phone call at some point to let us know it would be delivered as scheduled (which it was). Would highly recommend.

  Good service in terms of the guys who installed the canopy, but I had to wait 3 months from fitting to it being operational due to a lack of both the availability of the remote control and the availability of an electrician to complete the installation. Before you instruct this company, you should seek assurances as to when your purchase will be actually operational. In all, it was 6 months from purchase to when the canopy I purchased was actually capable of use. I appreciate the international lack of computer chips was a factor, but I should have been informed of this when I purchased this product. If I had been informed at the beginning of the process, I would have fully understood, but there was no such communication and I had to call to get updates. I ordered this product back in July 2021 and was intending to use it at Christmas and it has only been available for late January 2022. However, the product seems really good apart from one installer stating to me that it was not appropriate to use if it was raining, even in slight rain, but the second installer saying if was ok to use in light rain. So a bit confused.

  Eden is an incredibly professional company. The sales people, engineers, installers and office staff are very polite, respectful, friendly and professional. The veranda I ordered is beautiful! The heaters are so warm and efficient. You could not ask for a better company to install such a beautiful veranda. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality porch or veranda. They are the best! Mazza

  Eden Verandas have been amazing. They have completed today my garden room with German glass roof It’s a solid grey frame. It was such a pleasure from the start. The salesman was very understanding he knew our limitations with cash. He was not at all pushy.Then Came Jamie who measured the place and gave kind suggestions. Rebecca put in the planning permission at Leceister It was okayed. Emma the lovely lady with giggling smile took over the project and informed us as to who were next to finish the project. She sent a lovely team of Father and his two sons from Huddersfield Simon . He was a perfectionist did a clean job. He was brilliant. He explained again and again with patience how the blinds and how to open the sliding doors. As I am 74 and hard of hearing. Then came Adam the electrician he did all the electrics. He was a perfectionist and did a brilliant job Today 16.02.2021 Rob came along to straighten the drain pipe. The whole project was amazing. I would recommend Eden Verandas they have an amazing team on the ground. Dr Sameja
