Eric was brilliant in finding us a car to suit our needs Had a fine timeline of receiving car & moving house After I had pick car up & driven home I was majorly disappointment at the condition of car interior The valeting was very poor Dirt still on areas, dust , sticky marks not even wiped off cleaning materials I did return just for manager to get a few marks removed Unfortunately I could not leave with Vauxhall because of relocating 190 miles away that day Not impressed Thank you for the reply but I’d be more impressed if your care team contacted myself .I did try to contact using address provided but message failed several times Look forward to speaking to Vauxhall Will update review regarding this

The whole experience from start to finish was quick and painless, I explained what I wanted and a deal was made quickly. Wayne was excellent, listened to my needs and found me a car that suited perfectly. In total with the day we chose a car, signing and picking up I was only in the showroom for maybe 60-90 minutes? I couldn’t recommend Eden Vauxhall Fareham anymore! Especially Wayne!

Terrible customer service money grabbing..despite the re call of a faulty engine they will not fix this issue and are trying to charge me for it and have not even called my warrenty company which I've extended because they want the money upfront. They have had my car now for two weeks and I am unable to use it as a self employed decorator I have not been able to work. I will never buy another dodgy French car. No curtsey car has been offered either. Both martin and Ian should not be in the position they are in, they are both clearly trying to hit targets and are a bad face for vauxhall
