    Poor customer service under vehicle warranty.I returned my Vauxhall Astra vehicle to Eden Vauxhall Branksome due to engine management system warming fault on the 17th March 2023. It was diagnosed as a sensor fault and booked for replacement sensor on 13th April. Within 5miles of leaving the site the same fault registered on vehicle. I was initially told to drive the vehicle away whilst they consulted Vauxhall as it would do no harm but " don't use it too much " I declined and was eventually provided with a curtesy vehicle of a another model on 15th April. I was updated on 19th April and informed a new engine is required under the warranty. Since that date I have struggled to get any updates on a completion date despite multiple requests my calls have not been returned .when they were I have been given false information that a mechanic is constantly working on it but the next date 27th April after a complaint to head office that there is a delay sourcing a minor part. Despite further calls for an update made on the 5th May and another complaint to customer services I have not been updated since 27th April. The car provided to me is not fit for purpose causing significant inconvenience and cancelled arranged activities. Both my wife and I need to use the main family car but I am the sole insured. The customer service is non existant and my requests for updates are ignored. This does not reflect the "Unparalleled customer service " the company advertise.

    Awful. Booked to have a look at a van, they sold it! Didn't bother leyltting me know, so a wasted journey. Not happy. Took 2 hours off work! Hardly any apology when I arrived, they just want your money. Avoid, there's better dealers out there.

    I can honestly say it's been the easiest experience buying a car from Eden branksome. Right from the start the salesman Lewis was a star. He listened to what I wanted and he delivered big time. I'm so pleased with my new car. I can't praise them enough. My experience was very pleasant all the way through the process of buying a new car. I truly recommend you give them a go.
