Ordered a van through Peugeot back in August 2022, I was advised the handover date (which was displayed on my agreement) was November 2022. I was forced to chase this up multiple times and ask for updates, and each time it was nigh on impossible to get through to their commercial team. I was then advised this had been delayed until after Christmas as it didn't have a build date, which was frustrating. I then received a call at the back end of January stating that they were no longer producing the van I had ordered, and so that my order would summarily be cancelled. Overall, terrible communication & service and I wouldn't deal with them again.

Throughout the buying process Miguel was a pleasure to deal with. He created a very relaxed environment with a no-pressure sales approach and was very responsive and helpful in keeping us regularly informed and up to date with everything following our initial enquiry. The handover process went smoothly, and although there were some unexpected scratches on the car these were quickly followed up on and resolved in a couple of days. All in all, great customer service and we’re really enjoying the car so far!

Kamil in the parts department was no help at all. He didn’t give me any information on the part I needed for my Peugeot. He said couldn’t give me a part number and when I said previously when I’d called the staff were helpful in helping me find the parts I needed, he said “no they wouldn’t have been” - was all very strange and confusing and has left me completely in the dark as to what I need for my Peugeot! I didn’t want to argue with him so I just took his name and left. Thanks Peugeot!

Terrible service and unprofessional behavior. They made a mistake in the car model when registering the car and I am now waiting for more than three months for the fix. They are not replying to emails, and no follow-ups have been done. One of the worse customer experiences ever!
