If you can afford the PT sessions, go for it, the gym itself is great, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna to relax and the PT there are all knowledgeable and nice to talk to.

Joined the gym when it was being advertised as Eden Fitness. With the, I'm assuming, rebrand, they definitely have focused heavily on the offering of personal training. From my own personal experience, there is typically more personal trainers than actual gym users. Many of them are milling about or casually training and bloating the already extremely limited space. Classes are a key factor in the image of this gym and eventually became the straw that broke the camel's back after a trainer ask that I vacate a stationary bike so that he could start his class (the bike was in a common area, not the dedicated classroom and was not used during the entirety of the class). I signed up with the gym immediately after the first Lockdown solely because it was literally underneath and convenience is king (living directly overhead the free weight area is its' own nuisance but I cannot necessatily complain about that in this review). Now that other options are much more viable, I am taking advantage of those offers; £65/month (which was a resident discount) is not worth it; boutique prices with none of the touch. Showers are constantly broken, either having ice cold water, not working at all or completely unable to turn off. Towels are not even provided free of charge. I was also charged while the gym was closed during the lockdowns as a "courteousy" to keep them operating. In reference back to the size of the gym, roughly 1/3 of the gym is encompassed by the reception and locker areas. Another third is comprised of the classroom and woeful pool. This leaves a very small area of actual gym equipment and the machines and equipment are severely limited. The final gripe with this gym is that as they continue to open and operate more fully, they are welcoming children and families which is wholly unwelcome. The rate that I pay should be a barrier to under 18s. There are plenty of cheaper options that should cater to families, especially with the aesthetic that they've chosen (dimly light, light changing LEDs that give a club vibe, uncensored music, etc...). Quaint gym, staffed by lovely people that just completely fails in its' identity and execution. Bloated prices just put the final nail its' coffin.
