    If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely shocking the manager Terkin, was extremely rude, shouting and aggressive. Belittling her own staff, when they were trying to help. “saying you are just the customer”. Never have I experienced such appalling service. I have used this garden centre for about 15 years as well. Such a shame when you are treated in this manner.
