Will not recommended this product at all. Bought a recliner chair in June. A castor fell off after 3 weeks and we are still waiting for a replacement to be fitted 3 months later. Dreadful customer service, I call regularly and get fobbed off each time. Even the complaints department never bothered to get back to me.

Unfortunately I have walking difficulties so I've bent to my wifes wishes to buy a wheelchair. Went here as it's round the corner from where we live. What a lovely place. The staff were friendly and could not do more to help us. Top marks.
