Went to these to ask whether they had a part for my husband's mobility scooter or where I could get one and the staff was very rude and arrogant as my child told her the name of the scooter trying to be helpful to be told that "THAT'S THE NAME OF THE SCOOTER NOT THE MAKE" and then told me that they don't supply parts for the mobility scooter as we didn't buy it from them. Think they was just hoping to gain a sale of a new mobility scooter so will try elsewhere to get the part
