I needed to get some bad scuffing sorted. I'd never used a body repair company before but found Frank via Google and was impressed by his excellent reviews (one of which I followed up on as he was someone I knew and wanted to check it was all genuine!). Frank responded immediately, was able to give me a price from the photo I took and was able to book the job in at short notice.
