Such a amazing experience with Jo this morning! It was my absolutely first yoga class, and I love it!!!I was really struggling to book my first session. After pandemic I have extra 20kg and I end up with heart problems. I thought there will be some judgement or laugh if I will be unable to do some positions. I was soo wrong!!! Jo comme to me before class started and explain me everything. She said is my body and my time, I suposse to do only what I can , I don't need push myself. Class was great. People there are so friendly. I will back for sure and I reccomend for everyone. Thank you 😊 💓 izabela

I would highly recommend this yoga studio. The staff are really great and you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Jo was teaching this morning. I absolutely loved the way she delivered the session and as well as feeling totally rejuvenated, I thoroughly enjoyed every second. I’m so glad that I decided to return to the yoga classes here. Amazing!

I absolutely love this place . I feel so great after a session all of my troubles anxieties of the day have gone . So so great for my mental health. The instructors are wonderful and have an aura of calm . My husband has done a couple of sessions and loves it too . I recommend this place to everyone who needs some calm in their life .

I have been going to Eden Cannock for 2 years now and can honestly say it has been life changing for me. I know it sounds dramatic but I absolutely love this place. From the moment I attended my first class having never done yoga in my life, I was made to feel welcome. All the teachers are so knowledgable and passionate and put so much of their energy into making each class matter. Always giving their time to help with any questions. I have learned so much from coming here and most importantly I take away something different mentally and physically each time I attend and never get bored. I have benefited so much mentally and physically by coming here which I take with me in my daily life. I never feel any pressure to be a certain way or a certain level this place has taught me to know I am good enough. Then there is the social part I have met so many lovely people I cannot recommend it enough. I have gained so much from finding this place. Love it couldn’t imagine not having it in my life.
