Terrible customer service and I would actually award no stars if that was possible. I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT BOOK a flight experience with Eden Flight Training as they don’t answer and/or reply to calls and emails. One of my friends bought me a Piper Tomahawk taster flight experience voucher and I have tried so many times to book the flight experience via calls and emails and I have yet to receive a response or reply from anyone. I find it quite ironic on the google messenger that it states “typically responds within 5 minutes”. Does Eden Flight Training actually exist as a company anymore? Edit: 29/04/23 My name is Stephen not Less. You have my email address and my contact number as I have left numerous voicemails so please can you contact me and let me know what dates are available. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times but no one ever answers and/or replies which is quite disappointing.

Today I experienced probably the most exciting experience of my life being in the front seat with Marc flying over the North of England. A really enjoyable experience but the Pilot (Marc) made it that bit extra special by going above and beyond. A very knowledgable bloke who’s also a good laugh as well. 10/10

Honestly, at the start, loved the place. So welcoming and accommodating, always available to help and great availability. However recently it’s all changed, feels like they don’t care. I was on an old PPL package plan which was then advised it wasn’t possible to honour anymore, for a few weeks later them to offer a similar deal again… You can never get booked in and it’s cancelled more times than you get to go flying. Which I understand when it’s weather related, when trying to rebook won’t get anything for weeks on end and when you try and ring or email in to make arrangements there’s no answer. Such a shame as I had hoped to complete training here however will be looking elsewhere. Do want to point out should you get booked in or choose to do flight training here, I would highly recommend Dale as your flight instructor. Cannot fault him as a flight instructor in the slightest. - Never mind you can’t have him teach you because he’s left the sinking ship too

What an experience! Firstly I would like to thank Marc for such an amazing experience. Not only was he such a genuine down to earth man, his piloting knowledge was top notch. My partner had purchased a 90min trial flight as a present for my birthday. Hands down the best birthday present ive ever received. I am for sure hooked and can not wait for the next one!
