Chris from Eden Electrical was really helpful and helped me out when another supplier had let me down. Chris was clearly knowledgeable, practical, thorough and picked up and remedied a fault which had been missed by others. He was really pleasant to deal with - highly respectful of the property he inspected including putting shoe covers not only his shoes but on the feet of his steps. We used Chris as the electrician on a full house renovation/remodel. This job must have been difficult because of the client's poor health and cognitive difficulties and the condition of the property Chris was working in. It was also urgently needed as the temperatures were beginning to drop and the little heating there was in the house was unsafe. Chris took on board the seriousness of the situation and ensured the job took priority. Not only was the re-wiring and installation of the radiators done really well but Chris showed great tact and sensitivity in his handling of difficult situations with the client. Basically, he is a really nice and caring young man who anyone would be comfortable allowing into their homes. He also went above and beyond what we could reasonably have expected of him. Six stars for him I think. I cannot thank him enough.

So tonight my fuse board tripped!!!! I spent ages looking through the fuses and turning them off and removing all the plug sockets. At this point there was no change and I couldn’t locate what device was causing the issue or the socket. I looked up on google and decided to ring around as it was 8pm by this point and my 2 year old was a little scared. After speaking to Chris and explaining the situation, he didn’t hesitate to help. He was straight round and located it to an outside garden plug socket which he sorted for a fair price considering the time of night, the speed of service. I recommend Chris to anyone that wants a genuine tradesman. He will be the first person I would call for any electrical work I need in the future
