Joke of a practice, again I have arrived at the eden court and not a patient to be seen! Ive registerd but they can't seem to add me to system for an appointment I'm in 9/10 near constantly for 5 days now, I can't sit down walk or lay down because of my knee but again turned away and still no appointment.... Guess il just roll around in pain for another week.... Absolutle waste of NHS funding

Used to be a fabulous GP surgery when I first joined and now it’s gone down hill very fast. Doctors that dismiss your worries and receptionist who share the same empathy as a rock. Receptionist need more training in communication skills as at the moment it is dead and they’re condescending when all you need is help. Doctors need to listen to what their patients are saying and what their worries are! Isn’t that what they have trained for all these years? As a healthcare professional myself, I am actually quite disappointed that this is how the manager is allowing to run the GP. Shame.

Terrible practice. It’s impossible to speak to someone even if you call at exactly 8:30. Sometimes it doesn’t even ring, the call literally just ends as if the lines dead. The last time I needed an appointment it took 46 calls!!!!! I then had to use my last strength to walk all the way down there, explained that I had been calling and that the phone wasn’t even ringing and was told “we’re busy”. I got no appointment, they didn’t even offer a phone call. At this point I was noticeably sick, holding on to walls for balance, struggling to breathe…. No help. Not even a “are you ok” or “would you like to sit down” I was completely dismissed and sent on my way. The receptionists are rude and so unwelcoming. I’ve even walked back into the practice to them speaking and gossiping about me!! I’ve left that practice upset so many times. Extremely dismissive and belittling. It’s a real shame as the doctors themselves are brilliant.

I know I keep saying this but Eden Court Practice must be the best in the Midlands. I sent a e-mail early this morning requesting information and received a reply back by 9.00am resulting in me receiving medication I needed and peace of mind regarding a future hospital appointment. Thank you to all the team and Dr Meyyappan for replying so promptly. If all the practices in the country followed your model of work I'm sure there would be a lot of happy people. I moved to this practice from Eaton Wood & it’s like entering another world. From start to finish you are provided with 10/10 care and respect. Everything runs like clock work, from booking an appointment in the morning to seeing a doctor or nurse and getting your prescription on time. It’s so refreshing, reception staff are always so polite and the doctors actually care and are proactive. There on line service is brilliant and you are responded to quickly.I’m so happy I moved ! If only more doctors surgeries ran this efficiently!

I have recently transferred to this drs surgery after bad experiences at a practice in walmley... i have been for two appts with the nurse she was great really friendly helpful caring and professional. Receptionists also very friendly, its nice to be able to get through to speak to someone in a reasonable time too.
