Had Graduation ceremony on 10th Nov.last year n was supposed to get the photos in 28 days. Called them three weeks ago as haven't received my order n rather than apologising, informed that the website says it will be 8 weeks so need to wait for another two weeks. Rang again today as it's three weeks n was informed that it will take another two weeks. I guess two weeks is their constant reply. No apologise. Would never use them, was helpless as they were the CHOSEN ONE'S
