I don't often go to Ed's but yesterday we felt we want to eat some American Cousine and we decided to visit the branch in West quay. We were so surprised how kind, professional and friendly the staff is. Henry was a highlight of our visit as he recommended us the most amazing milkshake and burger ever!!! We are defo gonna come back for it!!! This man deserves a payrise! A manager with brown long hair, I think her name was eve was also super nice!!! We defo gonna come back!!!

Went to eat at my favourite place to eat when in Southampton only to be told a ten minute wait for a table.We did not want to wait so we walked away to see many empty tables.Not sure what happened on Tuesday,but very disappointed and now found somewhere else I like.
