Very pleased with the service received. Our original supplier had let us down with a repair job. I tried a couple of different places and didn't get a response. I found ECS and spoke to Ellie on live chat on Tuesday and our bed was fixed the next day!! I was also encouraged when i explained what the fault was Elie knew instantly what issue was and how to fix it. When I had contacted my original supplier the maintenance manager had no clue what the issue could be. Reasonably priced as well. Very very Happy.

Incredible service from ECS today. I called them at 9am to order a new base acrylic for one of my lay down beds, by 9.50 the engineer was at my salon and less than an hour later the bed was up and running again! Courteous and professional from start to finish. We will be using ECS in the future and can highly recommend this business.

Purchased an Ergoline 1100 Prestige and an American Stand up from ECS sunbeds. I shopped around other companies in the uk and also read previous reviews. At first I was a little nervous down to one particular review with ECS, however after asking directly about the review was reassured that this was not a true account. After visiting shirley and the team at the showroom and seeing all the big sunbeds, I was more than satisfied to place my order for a stand up and lay down bed. I cant fault the services we received from start to finish. Shirley really did go the extra mile to help me even with my business plan. Sunbeds were installed today and I could not be happier with the service. The engineers were polite and professional and couldn't do enough for me.

This is the worse company I have EVER have dealings with. They are unprofessional, rude and arrogant. There is 0 customer service and like the reviews on here the same people I have problems with. Shelly who apparently runs the place in the Liverpool site. The engineers are not much better, I have had numerous problems on several occasions from engineers swearing in my shop when fixing a sunbed, to not even putting it together properly leaving it not working. They don’t really like to travel to you if you are not close so try and get you to do their job over the phone when something goes wrong. They are cowboys and I cannot stress enough about avoiding this company. They will lie, say anything really to pass the buck of their problems on to yourselves and your business. If you call around other rental companies and mention them they all say the same, they try to pretend they are a huge business but in reality they are small fish trying to be big and can’t cope with it. I am finally getting rid of this useless company who I don’t know how they are still trading after seeing the reviews on here! They don’t even deserve the 1 star! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere 👍 Ecs you are a disgrace and your staff all need training in customer service!

STAY AWAY from this company They take ages to offer you anything after an enquiry, they then take payment for something you can’t have and say you was told but they don’t record phone calls which is convenient. Then when requesting a refund, you get a lady screaming down the phone at you telling you to shut up and being abusive. Very unprofessional.
