Excellent company to deal with from order to delivery. I made an email enquiry about ecotiles for my garage. They asked for more details to ensure I would get right product. Didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed or inadequate for the purpose. Jane Hall , customer service was particularly helpful directing to a ‘ bundle’ deal saving me money. Delivery was within 3 days. Product is great quality, easy to instal. Although tiles are thin they are substantial to stay in place. Thank you

Excellent customer service follow-up, they actually contacted me to make sure I'd ordered the right colour icon tile to fit with the general scheme (which I hadn't) prior to delivery. The floor tiles are excellent quality and fairly easy to fit by eye. I cut them fairly easily with a dremmel tool.

Fantastic experience with my order, wonderful customer service from Gemma who was helpful and happy to go out of her way to ensure I was happy. When I arrived to collect my order (in my car) my order was on a pallet, several of the team quickly and happily transferred it all into boxes for me and even loaded it into the car for me. The quality of the tiles is great and the logo printed tiles that were in my order really seal the deal, I couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone
