Initially a great service. Well priced, prompt and good communication. Unfortunately the fridge freezer failed and was taken away for repair with a likely time frame of several days for the fix. Now over month later we still have no appliance, no refund and the company is not responding to our communication. Great appliances but the Warrenty is a con. Pay in cash and risk loosing it all. If you like to gamble, use Eco Smart!
