Wonderful service. They were polite whilst on the phone and booked me in efficiently and courteously. On arrival they showed their ID to confirm they were part of the Econo Rod team and after explaining what was wrong he set to work. Not only did they clear my blocked drains, they offered to show me the gunk they pulled out to show how it can build up. They left the kitchen in a perfectly clean state, and you would not know there had been in there. They also blasted the drains from the outside to flush them through and give them a thorough cleaning. Overall I was very impressed with the whole level of service from start to finish and would recommend Econo Rod to anyone needing drain issues sorting.
