What a bunch of crooks! What a bunch of crooks! At first customer service was quick and efficient. Paid extra for speedy delivery. Once started installing realised 6 panels missing. Informed ecomposite products on the Monday morning ( earliest possible time). Was asked to supply photo evidence of fence installation so far. Was told the 5ft is per description on website and actually isn’t 5ft. More emails, more photos supporting missing items. Was accused by Rob the manager that we could be hiding panels. That the delivery is recorded by third party and that our installer could have stolen the missing items. Even emailed ecomposite with customer service regulations. Was told that no refunds or replacements could happen because we had already opened the packages, and we could have damaged the items on purpose. Eventually on Tuesday, after many emails and photos, Rob agreed that 3/6 of the panels were missing. And that there would be a delivery out for Thursday. Friday- still no fence panels, 3 phone calls, 3 ignored emails and was told Rob is out of the office just wait! After finally losing patience was told dispatch of 3/6 panels would be Monday and with us Tuesday! Never known anything so appalling and still missing 6 panels of the 4ft composite fences.

Panels are good quality but we had a faulty panel and we had to pay for a replacement until they had inspected the damage, I then had to chase them for my money back.

Other companies would do well to learn from eComposite Products customer service! From initial order, to virtually instant and extremely helpful communications, to the most helpful delivery driver I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The fencing was exactly what I ordered, and looked exactly as I expected it to. It was simple to install and looks great. I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic product, and looks amazing. Rob and his team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish, from ordering to installation they were always happy to help. I would certainly recommend the fencing an gates and the led post lights you can order through them also, really sets it of.

Superior Range has exceeded my expectations!! I am so impressed with the high quality of this product and the ease of putting it up! All you need is the ability to dig a 50cm hole, an ankle grinder and we used cement that sets nearly immediately. I would highly recommend that you buy the lights as this finishes off your fence to the highest standard. To be honest, I can't wait for it to get dark every night as this is probably the best of all the great features of this product. Ecomposite, and Fran specifically has helped us so much, when we had a last minute change of plan and needed two extra posts. Paid for it on the Monday and received it by Tuesday. I am told that the neighbour's have "fence envy!" It is a big thank you from a very happy and satisfied customer here in Sussex!⁹

Amazing product and even better customer service! First of all the fence and the gate look great - so much better than the traditional wooden ones. Delivery was super fast and very easy to assemble. Prior to the order the sales team walked me through everything I would need and helped me work on the small project that I had. They were super helpful and very responsive. During the installation I had to get additional boards (my contractors made a measurement mistake), so I have emailed the eComposite team and they replied within minutes. Absolute pleasure working with them and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you, team!
