All of the products I have received have been completely fine so far. However, I think the delivery pricing and organisation structure needs some serious rethinking! For example, I put in a large order for airtightness grommets and liquid membrane amounting to about £400, but realised soon after that I needed to add a few more grommets in. Even though I've already spent a large amount at Ecomerchant and these would literally fit in an envelope, I still have to pay an extra £8 for delivery! As far as I know, I can't get these anywhere else so either I pay extra and over-order (more money) or I have to pay another £8 on delivery for something the size of a post-it note when I realise an extra wire has to go through the airtightness level. All my deliveries so far have come by APC overnight, which would be great if I needed them in a hurry. Could there not be a more affordable, slower delivery option available?

DISGRACEFUL. Confirmed an order verbally, they were out of stock, they changed the small print in the sales order without telling me. So what we got was a different size product that didn't work for our pond project. Was told by Will Kirkman (the owner I believe, although it is very hard to figure out who does what and he is nearly always unavailable or busy) said he would collect the product and refund us. That never happened, he said collection costs were really high...I said we would would wait. Then he changed his mind. Who behaves like that? THIS FIRM IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. the phones sales people at Ecomerchant openyl admitted to not have a clue about the product, hence I had to deal with Will. More fool me for trusting these guys.

So I had my delivery today and what a disgrace! Plastic packaged was split and punctured. Thankfully the insulation was dry. Too top it off the unhelpful driver said the unnecessary wooden palette it came with was mine to keep! What!!! Why! Now I have to dispose of it at the tip. Absolutely ridiculous! What happened to reducing waste! You should bubble wrap and at least it would be well protected and I can reuse the wrapping! And they charged me £45 for delivery!!! Will not order nothing else from this rip off company! Save yourself the money and find somewhere else and if you can pick it up. And save your self absurd delivery charges!
