Great communication from Vanessa in advance and then Aidy and Louis were absolutely fantastic. They worked away quietly, only ever asking for the odd cup of tea. Aidy kept up informed throughout and updated on timescales. They completed before the original timescales and results are absolutely fantastic. I particularly liked that Aidy didn't just talk to my husband (as many TradesMEN do), but was engaging both of us with updates and information on the work.
