Not happy that this is the 3rd time I have waited for this to turn up the company needs to look at its delivery company Also when it turn up it would not turn on as the float in the water tank had come off but this is something that should have been checked before delivery

I have recently bought the Ecoair DD3 Mk2 after realising. I rang Ecoair and spoke to Simon in Technical Dept. He has given me excellent step by step straightforward and v helpful advice, as I have been very concerned about getting on top of the humidity in my house. All has worked well and now air feels warmer now that damp reduced, so I can have heating on lower. Machine is excellent, a massive improvement on my old dehumidifier and Im very happy with it. I chose this machine after speaking with Which who after going through my requirements suggested it, as their best dehumidifier for my purposes. Thank you. Speaking to Simon in your technical team has enabled me to fully understand the science so now I can keep my house humidity at healthy levels, economically. Big thank you

I sent my dehumidifier back to EcoAir UK for a service as it had stopped working. The repairs were very good value, and the staff (Josh and Pelham) were quick to respond to my emails, very efficient and patient steering me through the process. It's as good as new now. Many thanks all for an excellent service!

Bought 2 Dehumidifiers from this company and they're amazing! I have a very damp house, and these have worked a treat. I called the company to ask for technical support and spoke to Simon, who's knowledge was second to none. He listened to my queries and offered sensible, logical solutions based on his knowledge - and I'm happy to say what he suggested worked a treat!

Ordered a fan from EcoAir last Friday, they’ve acknowledged order , that’s it nothing more! No delivery details or date nothing! Me now thinks I’ve made a mistake. Suggest you avoid this company. Tried looking them up on companies house . Gov unable to find them!

Blown Away! To start was a bit frustrated not finding anyone 'at-home' at Ecoair as most firm's have someone at the end of a phone to help with support, sales etc - but after leaving my phone no and a brief reason for wanting a chat 'Simon' from Tech called soon after - he was very savvy of his products, some of which he'd been directly involved in their design to market - so who better? The mission was to find a indoor Fan (Tower type space-saving for me) we discussed three models and I decided to buy the Ecoair 'Halo' low energy/low noise this was for my bedroom so the quiet setting were/are essential - Apart from its 'Hollywood' looks it's absolutely fantastic and works a 'Dream' with its 12 settings to play with, naturally it needs to stand the test of time for ultimate satisfaction - but a brilliant start - well Done EcoAir 🤩 (hope photo not cropped)
