I had installed a front door by Eco Window Solutions. The fitters did a good job, but the closing mechanism of the door is defected and Eco Window Solutions refuses to change it, even though the door is still in warranty, and even blocked my number. I would never recommend them, their customer service is extremely poor.

Eco did a good job installing several windows and doors in our new extension. However, one of the doors seems to have a manufacturer's defect. It's bended and far from airtight. It's impossible to keep the area of the house warm due to the cold air that gets through between the door and the door frame. Eco has refused to replace the door. So, I cannot recommend Eco to anybody unfortunately.

I had a 'warm roof' put on to a conservatory, which was never used because its temperature was so affected by the weather! The guys replaced the roof in two days - during Storm Arwen! They were very professional, tidy and good humoured. I am so happy with the results. It looks great and now have a usable room. I highly recommend them.
