This service was brilliant!!! In the world we live in today where customer service is severely lacking, it was exceptional here.....The gentleman (Alan) working at this place was spot on 100%. We hired two bikes. One was for my mother in law. After her knee operation at the beginning of the year we thought we'd try her on the electric bikes. Alan was attentive, gave her enough time to make her confident and comfortable and we didn't feel rushed. Even though in the end she was physically unable to ride it, he was kind patient and understanding. A good gentleman for us all to try and imitate!!

Brill service, with fair prices, we bought 2 bikes from Alan, he delivered and set everything up no problem, about 4 months later we had a problem with 1 of the bikes, Alan came out picked the bike up and said if i have any problems sorting it out, i will bring you another bike out to use, brilliant service the bike is now sorted and back home, a big thank you to Alan
