Needed a new rear drum. RAC that took me there told me I needed to get both changed. I had a bill that I thought was reasonable til I found out they had only changed ONE. £325 for one drum and fitting is a joke. Extortion comes to mind. Wouldn't go there in a hurry would be 1 Star if it wasn't for the fact they looked after my car for 4 days

My daughter took her VW Up for an mot and the vehicle failed on front disc pads but on collection of the vehicle they had replaced brakes all round, ie pads,discs plus rear shoes. On querying this the manager , Richard was extremely rude and unprofessional and not in the slightest bit interested in me querying this.They then passed the mot with a broken rear light which the car had come in with so I am taking this point up with VOSA who are the governing body of mot testing. As far as pricing goes only one word could describe it EXTORTIONATE. On checking the pricing I discovered that the supplier of their parts is a group of companies that is local to me so I queried the pricing and found that they had tripled the price for the parts. Disgusting.I can only strongly advise anyone who reads this not to go there.

I have gave my car in to repairs 3 months ago to fix power steering, i only got the car back 2 weeks ago on friday and the next wednesday i was told the car has to have a service in audi but it turns out the car didnt go to audi. I was suppose to collect the car the same day but had to wait till friday. The time the car was in the garage the car had an extra 40miles ridden and a lot of external and internal damage including the mirror being loose l.
