Bit of a hiccup with the delivery company deciding on the day not to deliver, but excellent customer service from Tina who phoned me as soon as they were made aware and was then able to rearrange for it to be delivered to me the following day instead. Delivery driver was extremely helpful when he did come and put it in our car port. Seems lovely quality compost, broken down nicely and friable, and was still steaming even after being stuck in a depot overnight. Thanks again to Tina for sorting out the delivery!

Both product and service are first class. I bought my first 2 bulk bags of woodland mulch and despite a glitch with the delivery, very promptly and professionally dealt with, I could not be happier. The bulk bags were brimmed to the top, and the material is first rate with excellent coverage and very easy to handle making the spreading very easy There is a lot of very poor and oversold product in this segement of the market that I have had the misfortune to buy in the past, but this product and service are first class and excellent value
