I had Elliot out this afternoon, He was brilliant. My washing machine waste pipe was boxed in and Elliot had to make access to it to connect the washing machine. He also realised that there was a blockage and instead of just leaving and going away he spoke with me about it and was able to deal with that too during the visit. As someone who often deals with complaints from maintenance companies as a job , it was so refreshing to deal with an operative who was punctual, hard-working, attentive and respectful.
