    Even one star is too many. Appalling customer service, they almost never answer the phone and if they do they claim they will help and then never complete the job. We had sliding doors fitted that were never sealed properly, resulting in noise and drafts. The handles are rubbish and not fit for purpose. They promised to resolve these issues, but never did, and never provided any paperwork for the ten year guarantee, which is therefore worthless. We were talked into using this company by our builder, which was a huge mistake as one look at their website/reviews would have told us to look elsewhere. Stay clear unless you want to waste your money, and don't listen to your builder! MLS

    Used the company to install new doors and windows. About 7 months later a leak developed in one of the windows. Tried phoning,texting and emailing company to sort out the problem. No one replied. This went on for weeks. Their guarantee is useless.

    This has been the worst experience dealing with any company that we have ever had, prompting my first ever bad review. The sliding doors aren't complete, weren't fitted properly - so are missing gaskets (sound & water proofing) and stoppers.Telephone calls, emails and msgs were ignored, and at one point Steve was extremely rude & unprofessional. We gave them the benefit of the doubt for 24 months, but have had no support or guarantee forthcoming. They won't even tell us the make of the doors so we can get help from another company, absolutely terrible.

    My experience with this company has been appalling. The windows and blinds provided went faulty in under 7 years, they claim that the guarantee is only for 5 years even though the website clearly states 10yrs guarantee. They don't respond to calls, they promise to get back to you and never do, then refuse to honour the guarantee. I can not recommend strongly enough that you stay away from this company.

    Looking round for a local tradesman that could replace the old wooden windows in a flat in Wanstead and got Eco to quote. A very keen price which actually matched the lowest i got elsewhere. Went with Eco as they said they could get the job done within a week. (the other company said six weeks minimum). Job was indeed done on time. Windows looked great and no making good to do around the frames. Top job!
