Friday 24th june waiting for 11-15 bus, bus arrived, drove straight past didn't stop, drove out again why bother coming in what a joke council or bus company needs to get their fingers out and do what people pay them to do. Pity I cannot give a zero score.

Tried to use the Park and Ride to attend the Ludlow Food Festival Sep '21. Arrived at 10:30 on Saturday and the potholed car park was already full with no overflow areas signposted. Really didn't help that idiots were taking up two parking spaces - I mean - is that really necessary? Eventually decide to park in one of the large empty car parks used by one of the businesses on the park. Situation not helped by a huge amount of parking space (somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 of the whole car park) reserved for Covid testing even though it was only a small portable testing station which could hold a small handful of people at best. Absolutely need to reserve an area for testing but nowhere near this much - especially when the signs said 'pre booking essential' for a test - bonkers.. Waited just over 30 minutes for a bus and eventually gave up and walked into to town. On the way back we has to ask for directions to find the return bus stop as there's basically no signs and no information anywhere obvious. The council website is unhelpful and trying to find out exactly where the bus stops are is not easy in a town that seems to have really poor mobile coverage (at least on the EE network). Return bus went off-route a couple of times and had to turn out of small residential roads - got the feeling the driver wasn't used to the route so I doubt it's his fault considering the council seem determined to run the park and ride system as badly as possible. Next time -we won't bother!

The driver/drivers on Sat 28/09 were not performing a public service. The 12.45 drive at Eco Park drove quickly passed the empty bus shelter in spite of myself and two other people approaching it. By the time I had returned to my car and got off the Eco Park it was still not 12.45. On leaving work before 5, I gave a lift to a regular bus user who had the same experience well before 5 in town. What's the point? That won't encourage locals to use the Park and Ride will it? I was embarrassed and unable to excuse it to the visitors stranded for 30mins at 12.45 as well. Reply please

Parked our motorhome here, no height restrictions, for free and took the excellent shuttle bus into town. Leaves 15 + 45 past the hour and returns from town on the hour and 30 past the hour. £1.50 p/p return.
