The woman was rude when i asked her about the price of shampoo refills i got a condescending lecture on why we should refill to save plastic not money instead of giving me an actual. She then over charged me by £3 , i said i had added it up to be less but she ignored me and charged me anyway. When i left the shop i added it up my phone calculater and she had indeed charged me twice for an item so i was right. yet i was made to feel i had no right to question the price. There is a sweet lady who works there sometimes but if u get the dark haired woman who works Mondays then make sure she doesnt over charge you and be prepared for a bit of rudeness.
