It sounds as if we have a similar story to one already posted. We tried to go through the trade body with our formal complaint, only to find Eco Home Solutions had been kicked out of the scheme. After months of ignored communications we are also chasing our deposit through legal channels.

BUYERS BEWARE! Having placed our heat pump order with this company in January 2022 and paying them a deposit and pre order funds totalling just over £11,600, having failed to meet the 10 week deadline that they set, in October we had had enough of their blatant lies and cancelled our order requesting a full refund of our money. They have not acknowledged the cancellation nor have they repaid us what is owed. On their website they claim to be members of RECC and MCS. They are not. They were struck off on both counts due to non-compliance. Dan and Michelle in the office are both very helpful but have an impossible job trying to appease customers and the owners of the business are dishonest. We are now proceeding with our complaint and claim through the legal channels available to us and just hope they do not go into administration in the meantime.
