Excellent service from start to finish, couldn’t be more delighted 😀 A daunting task choosing the surround and fire made a delight , with superb advice in the showroom and at survey. Every detail was covered. Pete and Stuart gave confidence in their advice and agreeing install. The 2 guys Jake and Angus who carried out the install were superb, very friendly and carried the work without fuss, making sure all furnishings and flooring were covered and leaving the lounge cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I would recommend Eco Fires to anyone. We are delighted.

Excellent service from start to finish. They are honest and told me what I could have and what wouldn't be suitable on value for money and more so safety. Other shops just wanted the order. The whole process from site survey to quoting was very helpful and detailed. The team that fitted the wood burner were hard working and courteous. I love my wood burner and would definitely recommend the team at Eco Fires.
