Majority of the cleaners are amazing don't get me wrong - But the supervisors around West Midlands are unprofessional and hire their own friends and family instead of hiring hard working experienced cleaners to the point a friend of mine was let go so he could hire his mistress as a replacement. I have spoken to many staff about the way area managers and superiors treat the meanial cleaners that are not "connected" is abysmal.

I highly recommend Eco-Clean! They have been cleaning our 3 office suites for around 2 years now and the service is 5*. Our contact Daniel at Eco-Clean instantly comes back to me. The cleaners who look after our 3 office suites are fantastic and leave the place perfectly clean and always are happy to go above and beyond. We previously have worked with other cleaning companies and found the client care and cleaning to be very low standard. It is nice to finally have a reliable, 5* client care and high standard cleaning company and have that peace of mind everyday knowing the Office will be cleaned to a high standard.
