we had an issue, some months after a successful installation, with a soft close mechanism. The guys were very on hand and helpful with advise and when repair proved impossible sent a replacement a replacement component. Really nice people to deal with.

Worked well for the first 5 months. Now jams continuously. It’s so poorly designed it’s extremely hard to service it. I have cheaper versions around the house which have never given me any trouble. AVOID

Fantastic customer service both when i was fitting the doors some years back, and again when i wanted to take one off to decorate and couldnt remember how. Very clear instructions were emailed to me a few minutes after i rang for advice and job done! Many thanks to Carole for her rapid help today, and to staff in the past for their expertise and patience when i was originally fitting the doors. Nothing was too much trouble.

So far not so good. Called twice customer services. They were not helpful and knowledgeable just sent the same information over what I can find on the website anyway and already read it. Wasn't able to answer for questions about the product. The delivery person refused to deliver it to the 2nd foor. Denied even a request for help and walked away after leaving it in the door way. Being a pregnant woman it was shocking and it is unacceptable. This fact needs to be highlighted in the delivery information. I hope the door will work. (Will update)

We were extremely pleased with our Eclisse pocket doors which we have incorporated into our 3-story townhouse and the modern impact that these have created is truly amazing! Not to mention of course the space saving and utilisation and maximisation of our floor plan. Now in many reviews you read these days its as if nothing ever goes wrong, which sometimes create an unbelievability factor! Well, we had a cassette that was delivered damaged and a further cassette which had some parts missing. Eclisse UK Ltd's customer service were truly amazing. Calls answered promptly, resolutions suggested and actioned with the minimum of fuss and replacement parts sent without quibble or question. To sum up; we felt like a truly valued customer which is a rarity these days. Well done Eclisse UK Ltd and continue to provide these high levels of service which will undoubtedly accelerate the growth of your business! Thanks again Andrew and Diana.
