  Great service and great labels! We've used Eclipse for all of our labels for about 5 years now and they've always delivered great labels, on time at a good price. Recently we wanted to buy our own label machine and the team were so helpful in recommending what we should buy. They've since gone above and beyond with helping us learn to use the new machine.   My company worked with Eclipse labels for 2 years up until March 2020. In that time we had numerous quality issues, sliced labels, labels running one way and then another, labels running from one type into another, slits in the labels, bits of backing paper attached to them etc. etc. Aside from quality issues their timescales were often inaccurate with labels arriving later than promised being a regular occurrence. Despite many issues we did work with Eclipse, we didn’t demand compensation for their issues, we simply asked for issues to be resolved and labels reprinted when needed. We even accepted poor quality labels and used them to avoid being a pain. The relationship broke down in March though when Eclipse ran a promotion on their Facebook page offering 20% off an order in March and when we asked for that 20% they wouldn’t honour it on the technicality that we didn’t ask for the discount at point of order, even though their advertised post (image attached) did not stipulate that this was a necessary requirement. We’re talking about £700 here after we’ve spent over £50k with them and suffered all the issues above. To make things even worse the MD told us to go away, never order from them again and cancelled our orders in progress right in the pandemic, leaving us completely stuck without labels and in a very difficult situation. The callousness of this act alone is enough to question the integrity of the MD/owner and therefore the company and when coupled with the quality issues and the discount I can only say that I categorically would advise against ever working with this company. It is not worth the risk to your business. *In response to the owner's response* Yes, we do owe this company a small sum of money. It's in dispute because of the number of returns we had to make and because of their poorly advertised offer which they wouldn't uphold. Instead of resolving the dispute they filed a CCJ and sent the letters to our old address even though they knew we had moved. This is in line with their total lack of integrity. Another example of their integrity is that in response to my review his son Lewis posted a fake positive review to improve their score. I did think their label quality was fantastic, they just couldn't consistently reach that level of quality, as the images in this review show. We perservered with them in the hope it would improve. To say we desperately wanted to work with them reflects the complete arrogance of the owner. We now have a great label supply from Direct Labels in Nottingham. Do give them a try, they are far, far better to work with.

  Eclipse Labels have helped transform our brand image. We used an online printer who promised quality and affordability when launching Pyramid Car Care. Quality was appalling and now in comparison to Eclipse the price was average. Almost immediately we realised we needed to find a new supplier. A few months later we met Darren (Eclipse Labels), who has shown to be knowledgeable, delivers what he promises (unlike said online printer) and in our case went out of his way to deliver a fast turnaround without scrimping on customer service. My experience has been first class and I would have no issue recommending or showing our product labels to anyone who'd like to see what quality they can expect when working with Eclipse.

  Working in BMW Swindon we had run out of some labels and it was 16:45pm on Friday 08/01/16 ! Quick search of Google highlighted Eclipse Labels right next door to the BMW Plant and a quick phone call and they told me that they had the labels we needed and would stay open until we got there. Took me a while to get out of the plant and I arrived at 17:15pm, the man at Eclipse said everyone else had gone for the weekend, but he had found our labels but couldn't now process payment. He asked me how many I needed to tide me over, pulled them off the reel and point blank refused any cash payment for the labels or a pint, saying if you need anything else you know where to find us. Have to say that this a level of customer service that you just don't see nowadays, thank you Eclipse Labels a highly recommended company.
