Appauling comms and order fulflment...... Ordered 10 tables for my business. Checked stock with sales via email before ordering, was told 10 in stock, so emailed back immediately to say hold them I'm paying now..........Then silence and nothing for 2 weeks, so I chased it to be told only 9 in stock, so I saId send me the 9 and back order 1....which was agreed. A week later still no tables, phoned back and was told now only 7 in stock. Was promised delivery of the 7 ASAP with 3 on back order.....GUESS WHAT HAPPENED......4 got delivered and 2 were missing parts.... and through it all ZERO communication from Eclipse apart from the calls that I made. USELESS springs to mind! I'm asking for them to be collected so I can get my money back and source something else!

I had a poor experience. Admittedly, I made the mistake of assuming this company was experienced in dealing with domestic sales, rather than just wholesales to industry. This meant that ordering a single chair was less than straightforward. For example, delivery (for one chair) was >£50. And when it arrived around two weeks after ordering it, the bolts were missing from it. So waited for a few more days for new bolts to arrive, and they were the wrong sort. Very frustrating service. On the plus side, the chair is nice, but it should be for £220....
