I have used this company for many years. Although I have moved out of the area, I return when needed. A few weeks ago I took my partner's jacket in as he thought the zip was broken... Tayub (sorry if spelling of name is wrong), examined jacket. He couldn't see anything wrong. My point is, I was impressed with his integrity, explanation/knowledge, patience and thorough examination of jacket.
