We recently made the decision to make the move to electric vehicles, and therefore needed to sell one of our existing vehicles. I popped in to Eclipse on the recommendation of a work colleague who had sold to them previously, as a specialist in higher end vehicles. I was dealt with by Ray, the owner of Eclipse. A throughly nice guy, and an incredibly easy and stress-free experience. He beat the price from the vehicle’s servicing dealership, Motorway, Carwow, WeBuyAnyCar (significantly!) and even Autotrader’s recommended private sale price for my vehicle. I left feeling we both got a good deal and am planning to sell my other vehicle to Ray next month when my second EV is delivered. Highly recommend a visit if you’re currently going through the rigmarole of online vehicle selling. Eclipse avoided all the agro of last minute price knock downs at vehicle handover which some friends experienced through the online sellers, and also at a better price. Nothing not to like!

Highly recommend. I was very anxious about buying a car after a bad experience previously with a different car dealership. However, Roy and the team made me feel at ease with their honesty and professionalism. After having the car checked by my local garage to make sure everything was ok they confirmed the car was in great condition! Staff were very friendly from the get go, the whole process was nice and easy and customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with this business. They were quick to respond to an issue that arose with a vehicle after purchase, ensuring a timely resolution. Disgusting attitude from all staff. Literally just out to get your money and nothing else. They don’t care about their customers and are not upfront with issues the cars they sell have. Save your time and money do not go here. Ongoing complaint with ombudsman currently. UPDATE: Yes, this review is for you, I know who i've written a review about thank you. I did the review on behalf of a friend, who after how you have treated her, is too scared to speak out herself. As for your comment about outstanding customer service, neither her or mysef experienced that. Quite literally the opposite.

I sold my car to Eclipse as I needed to move it on to make way for a new one arriving. The price they offered was fair, more than the main dealer I was buying the new car from, and the process of selling was extraordinarily easy and quick. Sure, I probably could have got more had I sold it privately, but it was worth accepting Eclipse's offer just to avoid the long extended process of endless phone calls, numerous viewings, time wasters and bargain hunters. And of course I received money in the bank much earlier than I would have done otherwise. Plus it was all handled by Eclipse very professionally, politely, and in a friendly manner.

Went into eclips just looking as the cats looked so nice and fell in love with a bmw 1 series in white with black trim, got offered really good money to part ex my old car and couldn’t say no, Paul was so helpful with everything and took care of everything for me, the car got a full mot before I picked it up and fully cleaned, really happy with the car and the staff and the service will be back if I want another car
