We hired a mini bus for an airport run to stansted, the service was outstanding, both drives where on time, very helpful, we had two babies 3 children, car seats and plenty of luggage. nothing was too much trouble. Booked taxi online only to have it cancelled by text message 6 hours later. When I rang to ask why I was told they did not have any cars in the area.....my booking was done 2 days in advance but they managed to know that they were not going to be in that area in 2 days time. Not a happy customer and terrible customer service!
