One of your van drivers overtaking several vehicles and doing 50mph in a 30mph residential street in Kettering this morning. Dash cam footage will be forwarded so this lunatic can be taken off the roads before he kills someone. Not very smart either driving like that with your company logo on the van! Looks like a common theme looking at these reviews. How about your HAVE A WORD with your drivers as it’s giving you a bad name!

Driving down the a41 this morning 7am, ECL van driving at high speed, I was at 60mp and he shot past me like I wasn't moving, watched him drive up to the back of another motorists, dangerously close and ride them until the vehicle moved out of his way. I know this company as I work in construction and have been on jobs with them, not a good ground works company, produce low quality work. Speed over quality. They mainly employ Eastern Europeans to which the majority do not speak English, the managers on site are abusive to the workers. I see there are several reviews all based around bad driving. Any worker that is willing to drive and act like this in a sign written van obviously dosent care about the company, people on the road, people in the vehicle with them or them selves.

I used to work for this company. Pros: - Good working hours - Pays the market rate Cons: - TOXIC WORK CULTURE Though the hours are good and pay is OK, there is a horrible toxic culture within the company. You will be shouted at, you will be blamed, you WILL be thrown under the bus for anything that goes wrong... At ANY time. In my opinion it was absolutely not worth the stress so I moved on without any regret.

hi everyone today on M1 round 16:50 between junction 12 and 11A driving up to south a driver with other 2 people on ECL van number plate was WT17 OKU he was overtaking me . i saw him while he was driving the driver he had a bottle of beer on his hand and when he saw me i seen him he lift the middle finger Up to me ? hope Ecl will look at it ? shame on him and shame on ecl what people they employed ? i will attached a photo of the van as well ???
