Fantastic cycling studio. The wattbikes are brilliant, clean, and well maintained. There are powerful fans to keep you cool. And, a great shower and changing room next door. Perfect session in there - shame about my HR during the Sweet Spot sessions! Thank Paul! It was a real pleasure. Highly recommend. I may be based in New York, but if I was in Southampton -I’d be a regular.

I wasn't sure about using shorter, focussed indoor training on wattbikes compared to my usual diet of long outdoor rides in all weathers - but decided to give the Echelon way a trial. The result for me was a significant performance increase after 2 months (16 sessions) - very happy with that, though I may now need to rethink future training! The sessions take into account current fitness, so that people at different levels can can all work as hard as each other, and share in the experience!

I have been attending the studio for the past 3 months. I am a GB triathlon age group athlete, and already seen improvements in technique and power output. Paul follows a structured approach mixing intensity sessions with recovery. Because the sessions are geared to your FTP, everyone in the class is able to follow instructions to their level. Highly recommended
