As a renter, you're dependent on your property managers – and Eccord are just brilliantly responsive, totally professional, super-helpful, and just great folks to have taking care of everything flat-related for you. Every maintenance issue I've had has been sorted quickly, thoroughly, and faultlessly – even a tricky one that took multiple contractors, perseverance, and going above and beyond the normal call. Also super-nice people. Can't recommend enough.

Having sold our property, we reached out to Eccord to help us find a rental. The team at Eccord did a fantastic job securing the perfect house for us and organised the entire move. It was quite a magical experience, waking up one morning in our old property and going to bed after a normal day at work in the new one with all our furniture and possessions neatly organised! Given how impressed we were with Eccord, we decided to trust them with our next project, the house purchase.
